Eastern Health says most of the services it provides have resumed following slowdowns caused by last fall’s cyber attack and the Omicron outbreak.
Eastern Health says urgent and emergency appointments continued throughout the last few months, while non-urgent and routine appointments were rescheduled on a priority basis.
The health authority says patients are being rescheduled for postponed appointments, procedures and surgeries as quickly as possible.
Patients who have questions about the status of their appointments or about Eastern Health’s services are being asked to contact Client Relations at 777-6500 or toll-free 1-877-444-1399.
They can also contact the health authority by email at client.relations@easternhealth.ca.
