Eastern Health has announced a change in the process for booking outpatient blood collection appointments at the Bonavista Peninsula Health Centre.

Starting Monday, February 14, patients are asked to call (709) 777-6933 or 1-833-409-2734 from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday to Friday to book an appointment.

Eastern Health’s outpatient blood collection sites are operating by appointment only.

The public is asked to visit the health authority’s webpage for further details.

Health care providers will arrange appointments for urgent bloodwork, with patients being contacted with a scheduled appointment.
