A 60-year-old Hopedale man has been arrested for driving a snowmobile at over twice the legal limit.
RCMP say shortly after 6 a.m. Thursday, the man was seen driving into the community from the sea ice with a defective tail light on his machine. He was found to be without a license, in addition to being impaired.
The man has been released from custody and will appear in court on March 22 to answer to a charge of impaired.
