A tractor-trailer has been toppled by the winds near the rock-cut in Doe Hills near Bellevue.
The truck is blocking all four lanes. Traffic is passing slowly on the shoulder.
Witnesses at the scene say the driver was not injured. Whitbourne RCMP are working to clear the area
Anyone in the area is asked to reduce their speed and proceed with caution.
