Juno Award nominations have been announced and Alan Doyle has made the list.
The Petty Harbour native is up for Traditional Roots Album of the Year for his “Back to the Harbour” release that he recorded with Nova Scotia’s Joel Plaskett and features Doyles band members Cory Tetford and Kendel Carson.

Doyle received the nomination just a week shy of his upcoming live album “Here, Tonight” set for release on March 11.
The annual Juno Awards show is scheduled to be held in person for the first time in three years at Toronto’s open-air Budweiser Stage on May 15.
