Pilots at PAL Airlines have been without a union contract for two years, but the workers are hopeful of a resolution soon.
On Monday, about 25 PAL pilots lined the halls at the Delta in a silent demonstration calling for an “industry standard” contract.
Spokeperson Wanda Clarke says they’re looking for fair pay, job security, and scheduling that takes into account the rest that pilots need.
She says they’re not looking for anything big; they’re just looking for something comparable to their colleagues in the industry.
According to PAL Airlines, contract talks resumed between the two groups Monday afternoon.
