The St. John’s SPCA is preparing to reopen its Spay and Neuter Assistance Program (SNAP) Application process.
The organization is only able to accommodate 100 new applications, with surgeries to be booked between the end of April until June.
The program opens on April 1 at 5:00 p.m.
The SPCA reminds the public that the application process will only be open until the 100 applications are filled.
