Visitor restrictions are in place at four facilities in Eastern Health jurisdiction because of cases of COVID-19 among patients.
They include The Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre but only the medical/surgery unit. Visitation to the remainder of the hospital is not impacted at this time.
Pleasant View Towers, St. John’s for 2 South West, 3 South West and 3 North East units. Visitation to the remainder of the home is not impacted.
St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital. Visitor restrictions are in place for 4 West Unit but not the rest of the facility.
Private Josiah Squibb Memorial Pavillion, Carbonear. Restrictions are in place for both 2 South and 3 North units, but not the rest of the facility.
Regular visitation can resume at the Clarenville Protective Community Care Residence and Blue Crest Nursing Home, Grand Bank.
