There are some changes in fuel prices today.
The regulated price of gas is down by 1.1 cents a litre, but many other fuels are up. For example, diesel on the island is more expensive by 2.7 cents a litre while diesel in Labrador is up by 6.7 cents.
Stove oil in Labrador costs 5.86 cents more per litre but stove oil on the island is down by 8.22.
The change in propane is marginal with an increase of 1.6 cents per litre. While furnace oil is up by 5.24 cents.
Meanwhile, the federal carbon tax is set to increase by 25 per cent tomorrow. That means an extra 2.2 cents a litre on gas.
