Hospitality NL is hosting its first in-person conference and trade show since the pandemic began and delegates couldn’t be happier.
Ange Dumaresque, Operator/General Manager and Head Chef at the Florian Hotel in Forteau, Labrador is among them.
The conference got underway in St. John’s with a meet and greet last night.
Dumaresque says the mood among tourism operators is up after two years of enduring strict travel and public health restrictions due to COVID.
She says the industry is based on relationships and camaraderie, and the mood at last night’s opening event was very positive.
