The number of people in hospital due to COVID-19 has reached its highest level since the pandemic began, as the province reports four more deaths due to the virus.
There are currently 47 people in hospital, nine of whom are in critical care.
22 of the hospitalizations are in Eastern Health, eight are in central, 10 in Western, and seven in Labrador-Grenfell.
339 new confirmed cases are being reported Wednesday, and 304 were reported Tuesday.
