A portion of Patrick Street in the west end of the capital city’s downtown was closed to traffic late Monday afternoon after portions of the heavy metal roof blew off St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Parish.
Officials closed a portion of the road for fear the large metal panels could cause damage to vehicles or injuries to passersby.
