The RCMP nabbed an 18-year-old driver who was travelling at excessive speeds on the TCH near Holyrood Tuesday night.
Police clocked the woman, who is from the Goulds, at 161 km/h.
She has been charged with excessive speeding, had her license suspended and vehicle impounded.
Police remind that they patrol day and night, and for drivers to slow down.
