Newfoundland Power is marking 25 years of environmental stewardship by announcing a number of new EnviroFest 2022 projects on Earth Day.

President and CEO Gary Murray says selecting this year’s recipients was tough because of the number of applications received for community beautification projects right across the province.

This year’s successful projects include community garden projects in Torbay, Harbour Main, Charlottetown, and Corner Brook as well as the Downtown Green Space Project in Botwood.

Newfoundland Power provides funding for green projects each year through its EnviroFest initiative.
