Appointments are now available through Eastern Health for those who are eligible for a second COVID booster.
The second booster dose should be given at least 20 weeks after the first booster.
The second booster is available to those 70 and older, residents of long-term care or other senior congregate living facilities, and anyone 18 and older who identifies as Indigenous or who lives in a remote or isolated community.
Meanwhile, first boosters are now available for teens aged 12 to 17 who received their second shot at least 22 weeks before.
