RCMP are investigating following a brush fire in Twillingate on the weekend that the local fire department says could have been much worse.
The fire consumed a large area of grass and brush in the area known as Minty’s Farm before it eventually went out.
The local Fire Department is encouraging anyone who may have seen any suspicious activity in the area in the time leading up to the fire to contact RCMP.
