A Mount Pearl resident is a few greenbacks richer—about 7 million of them to be exact.
Neil MacDonald, who’s only 38 years old, describes the moment he found out he won the Daily Grand lottery.
His phone beeped at 6:00 a.m. in the morning notifying him that he had won a prize.
MacDonald has big plans for his money. He is going to retire, buy a dream home, travel, and is planning to pay off his mother’s mortgage, something he says he is very proud to do.
