The new owners of the old Costco building say the area has a lot of potential.

KMK Capital’s offer for the massive commercial space closed late last week, and CEO Justin Ladha says their offer on the neighbouring Target building is closing soon.

He’s keeping his cards close to his chest, and won’t say exactly what their vision for the two spaces might be.

But he says they’re looking at “some retail” as part of their renovation and revitalization plans.
