The first candidate for the leader of the NL Progressive Conservative Party has stepped forward.
Terra Nova MHA Lloyd Parrott has announced his bid to become the leader of the Opposition.
Parrott was first elected to the house in 2019, following a 21-year military career and heavy involvement in the construction industry in both management and union.
The party will elect a new leader in October of 2023.
