The National Band of the Naval Reserve is hosting a concert in Bowring Park in St. John’s Saturday afternoon.
The outdoor concert, at the amphitheater in Bowring Park is part of a national tour, showcasing the musical heritage of the Royal Canadian Navy.
The band is made up of professional musicians from the six Naval Reserve Division bands and performs at events across the country.
The one-hour show begins at 2:30 p.m. and is free to the public.
