One man is in custody and another in hospital following a bar fight downtown.

A 47-year-old man has been charged with assault causing bodily harm and assault after a fight involving two others. One victim was treated at the scene while the other was rushed to hospital. The victim and suspect were not known to each other.

The suspect will appear in court today.
