The city of Corner Brook is continuing with its storm clean-up.

Damage in the west coast city was largely limited to broken trees and branches.

The city says crews are currently focused on clearing the city’s rights of way and infrastructure.

It says while crews cannot cut or remove trees or branches from private property, they can pick up small branches and brush.

The city is asking residents to bundle branches and debris and place it at the curb for pickup—however, given the volume of calls, and the priority to clear city streets first, pick-up may take some time.
