Cricket Newfoundland wrapped up its summer season this weekend with two competitions held.
The Longer format 40 over tournament featured six clubs, while the T20 league had seven clubs in competition.
A new cup—The President’s Cup—for the round robin was also presented for the team ahead in points before the playoffs began.
The Newfoundland Super Kings defeated the NL Tigers in the finals to win the Selvamani Cup in the Summer League T20 tournament.
The President’s Cup and T40 Trophy went to the NL Tigers. The NL Wolves captured the Herringshaw cup match over the NL Tigers.
The Liverman fair play award was presented to the NL Hurricanes.
