A local theatre company is returning for its first full season since the COVID-19 outbreak.
TaDa! Productions faced multiple challenges during the pandemic. Director Terri Andrews says shows since 2020 were either cancelled or performed at a reduced capacity.
Andrews says they were shut down during March of 2020 just hours before taking the stage and continued to face cancellations for the next two years. She says some may think the production company should have given up on a full season, but claims “that’s not who we are.”
With pandemic restrictions eased, TaDa! will be returning for their upcoming season with a full line-up of shows starting in December with their signature holiday event—Diva’s Do Christmas.
Actress and Divas host Sheilagh Guy Murphy says they’re coming back bigger and better than ever.
She says the upcoming season is going to be “absolutely incredible” with a variety of shows taking place paired with a full audience.
Following the Christmas special is performances at the Frosty Festival gala, a two-week run of the musical Kinky Boots in March, and a number of smaller shows in between.
