The provincial government is freeing up $3 million for businesses in the tourism sector.
Minister Steve Crocker spilled details at a news conference at Marble Mountain this morning.
The Tourism Experience Enhancement Fund will provide non-repayable contributions of up to 50 per cent of eligible projects up to a maximum of $25,000.
The projects would involve areas such as enhancing the product, expanding into the “shoulder” seasons, and increasing accessibility and efficiency.
Proposals will be accepted from November 4 to November 25 and the project must be completed by December 31, 2023.
