RNC are investigating the discovery of human remains in the area of Three Island Pond in Paradise.
Police were called to the area around 10:50 a.m. after receiving a report of possible human remains found in a wooded area off Three Island Pond Road. Officers were able to confirm that the remains located were human.
The Chief Medical Examiner’s Office is involved in the investigation to identify the remains and try to determine the cause of death.
Area residents can expect a police presence in the area while the investigation continues.
