A 40-year-old man from Labrador was arrested on the weekend for a blood alcohol level that some might not survive.

RCMP in Rigolet stopped the man on his ATV around suppertime Sunday. His breath samples were nearly four times the legal limit.

Police seized the machine, took the man’s license and released him for a future court appearance.
