Police on the province’s west coast recently seized a quantity of drugs and cash following two separate investigations in Pasadena and Meadows.

The RCMP-RNC Joint Forces Operation West searched two homes under warrants. A quantity of cash, prescription narcotics—namely Percocet—and illicit cannabis was seized from a home in Pasadena on Monday. Two people, 22-year-old Dylan Ricks and 22-year-old Rikki Benoit of Pasadena were arrested and face charges of possession for the purpose of trafficking.

Meanwhile, another home on the North Shore Highway in Meadows was entered on the same day, and police seized quantities of cash and cocaine. Twenty-four-year-old Katelen Whitehorn has been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking in cocaine, while 38-year-old Calvin Tulk is charged with breaching a court order.

All four were released to appear in court at later dates.
