RNC are investigating two separate armed robberies in St. John’s yesterday evening.
The first incident occurred at a convenience store on Military Road around 5:30. The suspect had fled the scene on foot before police arrived.
Later in the night, around 9:20, there was a second armed robbery at a convenience store, this time on Thorburn Road. The suspect also fled the scene on foot.
Police dogs and Forensic Services were called to both incidents and the investigation is ongoing.
