Health Minister Tom Osborne has made history in the fall sitting of the House of Assembly.
On September 22, Osborne became the longest-sitting member of the Legislature since Newfoundland and Labrador joined Confederation in 1949.
Speaker Derek Bennett recognized Osborne in the House yesterday for his more than 26 years of elected service.
