A controlled release of water at the Jacopie Spillway is now over.

The Churchill Falls Generating Station says that even though the release has ended, water levels may still be unpredictable.

They are asking people to continue avoiding the Jacopie and Watefish Spillways, the Churchill River downstream of the Jacopie Spillway, and the east and west Forebay water storage areas located north of Churchill Falls.
