Firefighters in Conception Bay South were called out to a house fire early this morning, but the family and their pets inside were not injured.
The blaze broke out at about 2 a.m. in a building on the main highway in Kelligrews at Pond Road. The building contained a business and residential property.
RNC say the fire caused extensive damage to the exterior and moderate damage to the interior.
Police investigators will be on the scene today.
