The Salvation Army is launching its 2022 Christmas Kettle Campaign today.
The campaign is the Salvation Army’s largest fundraising drive of the year, with donations financing programs throughout the year.
The Sally Anne in this province is looking to raise $800,000. Donations will be accepted until Christmas Eve.
A special presentation takes place at 2 p.m. at the Village Shopping Centre, with the official kickoff with the Newfoundland Growlers at 7 p.m. at Mary Brown’s Centre.
