A St. John’s man spent the night in city lock-up after blowing three times the legal limit.
RNC conducted a safety check in downtown St. John’s shortly after 2 a.m. on Sunday morning.
The driver, a 53-year-old man, was found to be impaired and was driving with a suspended license.
The man, who has a history of impaired driving, was arrested and held for court.
His vehicle was also impounded.
