RNC are looking for help in the search for a missing woman. Carrie Russell was last seen Thursday in the Waterford Bridge Road area but is known to frequent the downtown are of St.John’s.
She is 5’5″ tall with thin build and shoulder-length brown hair.
Police are concerned for her well-being, so anybody with any information or footage is asked to contact either them or Crime Stoppers.
