The highway near Western Brook Bridge is down to one lane do to an overturned tractor-trailer.

RCMP say a transport truck has toppled over due to adverse weather conditions, namely high winds, reducing traffic flow on Route 430 north of Rocky Harbour.

Drivers are asked to slow down in the area.
