A 33-year-old man was taken to hospital and released after an ATV crash in North River on the weekend.
RCMP were called to a report of a head-on collision between an ATV and a car on North River Road.
The ATV driver, who was wearing a helmet, was taken to hospital.
The ATV was impounded and the investigation continues. Police say charges under the Off-Road Vehicles Act are anticipated.
