Opera on the Avalon, Up Sky Down Films and Shanneyganock have joined forces for a holiday fundraiser.

The hit Newfoundland band has released a special music video for a recording of “The Children’s Winter” alongside Easter Seals NL participants.

Easter Seals provides programs and services for young people living with disabilities.

The video is to serve as a fundraiser, with 100 per cent of the proceedings going to the organization.

Shanneyganock frontman Chris Andrews says it was emotional to put together.

He says Easter Seals is a great program and they’re happy to be a part of the fundraising effort.

Easter Seals NL Ambassador Brandon Bowen is encouraging viewers to donate to the organization.
