Even though it’s a grey foggy and rainy day in the capital city today, St. John’s has officially opened the Bannerman Park skating loop for the season.
The popular skating spot will be open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily for the season when weather conditions permit.
The loop will be closed for maintenance daily from 1 to 2 p.m., and from Friday to Monday it will be closed from 4 to 5 p.m.
People are asked to call The Loop Line to check to see if it is open at 733-LOOP (5667).
