The new President of the Federation of Labour says there have been a lot of lessons learned over the course of the pandemic which she hopes will lead to positive change.

Jessica McCormick was acclaimed to the position in November. She knows the pandemic, and the rapid pace of changes that have resulted, are wearing people down, but she’s hopeful that positive changes can result.

“Now is our time to re-evaluate how we really treat working people in the province, and try to improve the standard of living for all people.”
