One person is in hospital following a single vehicle collision in the east end of the capital city.
Police were notified of a possible impaired driver on Torbay Road just before 3:00 a.m. on Sunday.
While waiting for police to arrive, witnesses followed the vehicle until the driver crashed into a pole.
The driver was taken to hospital with what is believed to be minor injuries.
An investigation is ongoing.
