The Mayor of Corner Brook is warning of some traffic disruptions in the city this year.

The municipality is continuing with the Mount Bernard Avenue Rebuild, which is needed to provide sewer and water to the new hospital.

He says disruptions are unavoidable.

He says it is something that has to be done as the project is worth $10.5 million and is necessary for the hospital to function. He says the project is closed down for the winter, but will start again in the summer.
