The City of St. John’s says they’re ready and prepared to tackle today’s winter storm.
Deputy city manager for public works, Lynann Winsor, asks that people keep their distance when they see snowplows and other city equipment out on the roads, which will help them do their jobs.
Winsor says all available equipment will be in use during the storm.
She says all available staff and equipment will be out, and they will be working around the clock as required.
