The Mews Centre pool is closed due to a plumping malfunction at the recreation facility.

That means events scheduled at the pool this weekend will be affected and the start of swimming lessons will be delayed.

Officials are working to fix the problem as quickly as possible, with an update to be provided when the situation is remedied and the pool reopens.

The new replacement for the current Mews Centre is scheduled to open in the fall.
