Starting today, the ER at the Dr. William H. Newhook Community Health Centre will be unavailable due to staffing shortages and reopen next week on Monday, January 23.
Anyone requiring immediate medical attention is asked to proceed to the nearest emergency department in Carbonear, Placentia or St. John’s.
