Family Time Park has reached its fundraising goal.
The Ronald McDonald House Charities project will see development of an outdoor space exclusive for the children and families staying at the facility.
Today, St. John’s East MP Joanne Thompson announced the final $250,000 needed to complete the project, which was provided through ACOA.
Thompson says it’s “critically important” for children at the facility to be able to access a safe, outdoor space while they are undergoing treatment.
