Drivers can expect some slowdowns leaving the downtown on Pitts Memorial today.
The highway westbound between the CN Viaduct and the Blackhead Road Overpass will be reduced to a single lane to accommodate a Transportation and Infrastructure work crew in the area.
Officials expect the work to be completed and all lanes reopened by about 4:00 this afternoon.
Drivers are reminded to pay attention to signage and be prepared to slow down in the area.
