RNC were called to the Tamarack Extension area of Labrador City last night, resulting in a request for people to stay away from the area.

The incident was contained and resolved within a relatively short period of time according to police.

Residents of Lab City can expect to see a continued police presence in the area while the investigation continues. Police are thanking the public for their assistance.
