The lawyer for Colin Way has confirmed that his client’s controversial bright lights in the Outer Battery have been turned off.
But Bob Buckingham is not saying why just yet.
He tells VOCM News that the lights will remain off as long as nothing happens to require them to be turned back on.
Buckingham declined to elaborate, saying more information would be forthcoming next week.
There are several longstanding disputes between neighbours in the historic village below Signal Hill that have resulted in criminal charges being laid and lawsuits filed in the courts.
