A man spent the night in city lockup after a domestic disturbance in the capital city’s east end.
Police arrived at the scene around 12:20 a.m. Saturday morning and found a female who had sustained injuries.
Police arrested a 37-year-old man following an investigation. He’s facing charges of assault, assault with a weapon and forcible confinement.
He was held for court.
